Customer & Machine Center Support

The Customer Service staff at Salem Equipment has many years of experience to assure you receive the right part when you need it. We can work with your personnel to supply standard parts or customized parts to meet your needs. Our shop is equipped to handle small jobs consisting of single parts or multiple parts.

Working in conjunction with our engineering department, the Customer Services personnel can supply customized parts based on your description, rough sketch, or CAD drawing. We can supply customized parts, customized machines, or customized entire production lines.

The Customer Service staff includes personnel with hands-on field experience to provide you with installation assistance, maintenance and trouble-shooting advice, and training. These services may be provided telephone, email, or in-person at your millsite.
