Transfer Chains - Are # 81-X riding in formed channels on UHMW wear liners, driven by proper sprockets and shafting.

Charger Head Shaft - Supports Positive Feed Charger Wheels and Short Speed Up Charging Chains. Lumber stops are special Hook Style and are air operated, monitored with electric eyes controlled by the PLC control system. The lug charger head shaft is driven via roller chain drive from the tail shaft of the scanner or trimmer table for proper timing and loading. The charger is designed to feed the last board on the transfer chains of the charger with out pressure.

Head shaft is loaded with 16T78-C idler sprockets for the tail sprockets of the trimmer or scanner table.

Charger Tail Shaft - The transfer tail shaft is arranged with, 16T78-B with Q1 bushing, (which drives incoming transfer table). Idler sprockets are 16T78-C with anti-friction bearings.
